**Company History:**
Between 2014 and 2015, we founded normzl clothing with a young ambition. That entrepreneurial journey was full of hardships and struggles that can’t be described with the speed of losing hair.
Between 2016 and 2017, we grew rapidly. Through continuous external learning and market expansion, our company gradually moved towards stability, and our performance was significantly improved.
In 2018, we took the important step of building our own factory. After a painful rethink, we decided to produce on our own in order to expand our company’s competitive advantage and solve various product challenges and pain points by sinking down to the production line.
However, from 2018 to 2019, we experienced two major team crises, with the company suffering a heavy blow during the factory’s start-up phase, and the second crisis leading to an 80 per cent loss of business.
From 2020 to 2022, the outbreak and subsequent impact of the epidemic shut down our factory for three full months. We even had to prepare to sell our house to pay salaries in order to keep the company running, a situation that challenged us in good times and bad.
However, in 2023, we decided to return to the company and lead the team to set sail again. We know the time is ripe, we have gained enough experience, done our homework for the future and are confident in the development of the industry.
